All of our meat is cut fresh (never frozen) unless otherwise noted.

Mountain Laurel is run by 4th, 5th and 6th generation dairy farmers. They were some of the first farmers in the PNW to switch to organic practices back in the 1980's when most farmers had to "get big or get out." Switching to organic saved their farm. They joined the Organic Valley Coop. Some of the family still produces for Organic Valley (Charisway Dairy).

Mountain Laurel independently produces and sells raw milk, goose, lamb, beef and eggs.
