As the butcher, I will go over each cut with you to make sure you get the meat the works best for your family. We process 1 animal at a time to ensure quality cutting and a custom experience.
List Price is "Hanging Weight" cost. You will receive 50-90% Of your hanging weight depending on what cuts you want
Additional Processing Fees:
Mobile Slaughter - $35 per half
Basic Cut and Wrap - $0.95/lb hanging
Flavored Bulk Sausage - $1.50/lb
Link Sausage - $3.00/lb
All custom meat will be vacuum sealed and labeled with your name and is not for resale.
We will only harvest once we have a whole lamb sold so you will be notified of pickup date and time after purchase. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and or contact us if you need your order by a certain date (special events, parties, etc) and we will see what we can do to meet your meat needs. Processing will be in our own WSDA licensed facility on farm, is not listed for resale and can only be delivered to homes and drop points in Washington State (OREGON RESIDENTS can select a WA drop point in Bingen or Vancouver).
